Caramelized Almonds
- 100 g (3.5 Ounces) Almonds
- 100 g (3.5 Ounces) Sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- Put the almonds, sugar and water in a pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Cook and stir well until all the liquid evaporates, the mixture must not be sticky, all the liquid needs to evaporate. Remember to stir consistently.
- Put the almonds on a baking sheet with baking paper and separate the almonds and let them cool.
